Founder Advertising, Marketing, Hispanic Culture
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Hernan is an entrepreneur and marketer that started his first ad agency in his hometown. Shortly after meeting the love of his life, Shelly, in 2001, the long distance relationship led him to shut down his business, move to Orlando, and start all over again to be with her.
Hernan Tagliani is the CEO/Founder of The Group Advertising, a national multicultural advertising/digital agency headquartered here in Orlando with offices in Miami and New York. He and Shelly live in Downtown Orlando with their two dogs, Louis and Chanel
National and regional brands such as BMW, Orlando Health, Hooters of America, Florida Institute of Technology and others have turned to The Group Advertising to help them embrace the Hispanic market in an effort to grow and develop new revenue streams, increase sales and gain market share.
The Hispanic market is the fastest growing demographic and makes up 30% of the population here in Central Florida. As of January 25th, 2018, after Hurricane Maria (November 2017), it is estimated that 290,000 Puerto Ricans had moved to Florida with the majority to Central Florida.
Hernan speaks to many companies around the country about the growing Hispanic market, educates Executives on the importance of diversity, and is a national contributing writer to publications such as the Houston Chronicle, The Business Journals, Forbes, and Entrepreneur Magazine.
As an Entrepreneur, Hernan sees Orlando as a young city perfect to grow a business and enjoy life. He loves spending quality time with his wife and friends exploring new places and creating memorable moments. As a self-proclaimed foodie, he never eats at home and often finds the opportunity to help friends find the perfect place to grab a bite.
