Judge Eric Dubois is an Orange County Judge serving in the Civil Division. He was elected in November 2016 and began serving in January 2017.
Orange County's Civil Division focuses on anything up to $15,000 in controversy, auto accidents, slip and falls, neighbor disputes, landlord / tenant disputes, evictions, as well as insurance disputes (such as hurricane damage), insurance payout and medical bills.
He serves as an Adjunct Professor at Florida A&M University College of Law, he is a member of the Florida Bar, Supreme Court of the United States Bar, Star of the Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers. He is a Board Member of George C. Young First Central Florida Inn of Court, the Kiwanis East Orange County, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Central Florida and a part of the Board of Directors for Teen Court.
