Joel is a driven attorney dedicated to serving the people in his community. A graduate of UCF, he has also co-founded One Brick Orlando, a non-profit focused on coordinating volunteer opportunities for people in the area as well as served as the Diversity Chairman for Ad 2 Orlando.
Joel serves as the current Vice President of the Puerto Rican Bar Association and as General Counsel for Latino Leadership, Inc. He is part of the fabric of leadership and influence that makes Orlando great.
