Where do I tend bar?
I work as the beverage manager, sommelier and mixologist at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in Disney Springs.
I love to develop the skill sets of the bartenders around me. I was put on this earth to train and develop bartenders and hospitality professionals. .
The only thing I can say I “hate” is when people do not appreciate our craft. We put a lot into what we do and the public should appreciate that. I will say, it is not often I come across that.
Also, a good bartender knows “not too sweet” maybe leave that out of your drink order Karen. .
Favorite part of the job:
My favorite part of my job is, the moment I slide a guest’s cocktail across the bar (with a big smile). I get to give people a part of myself every day, over and over again. We are truly blessed as bartenders.
It’s simple in execution, complex in flavor, sweet, bitter and fantastic. .
